This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile game Gate Grinders (Android package com.kobasic.gategrinders, "the App") handles information. The App is published by Kobasic ("we", "us").

Summary
- The App has no user accounts. We do not ask for your name, email, phone number or any other personal details.
- Your game progress is stored only on your device.
- We do not run our own servers and we do not sell personal data.
- The App uses trusted Google services to show ads, process optional purchases, offer achievements and leaderboards, and deliver updates. These services may process limited device data as described below.
- In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, you are asked for consent before personalised ads are shown. You can change your choice at any time.
Information stored on your device
The App saves your game progress locally on your device. This includes levels, coins, upgrades, perks, loadout and settings. This data never leaves your device through us. Uninstalling the App or clearing its data deletes it permanently.
Third-party services
The App uses the following services. Each service processes data under its own privacy policy.

Advertising
- Ads are provided by Google AdMob.
- Personalised ads use your device's Advertising ID and are shown only where you have given consent, if consent is required in your region.
- If you decline, you will see non-personalised ads. These still use limited data, for example to prevent fraud and to limit how often an ad is shown.
- Rewarded videos are always optional. You choose whether to watch one in exchange for a reward, such as a revive or a coin bonus.
You can manage ads at any time:
- Change your consent choice: in the App, open Settings and tap the privacy or consent option, where it is offered in your region.
- Reset or delete your Advertising ID: on Android, go to Settings → Google → Ads (the exact menu may differ by device).
- Remove Ads: the optional "Remove Ads" purchase permanently removes banner and interstitial ads. Rewarded videos stay available but optional.
Purchases
- Optional in-app purchases (coin packs, Starter Pack and Remove Ads) are processed entirely by Google Play.
- We receive only a confirmation that a purchase was made, so the App can grant the item.
- We do not receive or store your payment card details.
Google Play Games
Signing in to Google Play Games is optional. If you sign in:
- your achievements and leaderboard scores are saved to your Play Games profile;
- your scores may be visible to other players on public leaderboards, depending on your Play Games settings.
You can manage this in the Google Play Games app.
Data we do not collect
We do not collect or store:
- your name, email address, phone number or postal address;
- precise location, contacts, photos, files, microphone or camera data;
- account credentials (the App has no accounts).
Children
- The App is intended for a general audience aged 13 and older. It is not directed at children under 13.
- We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
- Ads in the App are limited to content suitable for a teen audience.
- If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, contact us and we will help remove it.
Data security
- Data sent by the third-party services listed above is encrypted in transit.
- Game progress is stored locally on your device.
Data retention and deletion
- Game progress: stays on your device until you uninstall the App or clear its data.
- Data held by Google services: retained under Google's own policies. To delete Google-held data, use your Google Account settings at https://myaccount.google.com, or reset your Advertising ID as described above.
- Play Games data: you can delete your Play Games profile data in the Google Play Games app.
Because we do not hold personal data on our own servers, there is nothing for us to delete on our side. You can still contact us and we will help with any request.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the EU/UK GDPR or the California Consumer Privacy Act), you may have the right to:
- access your data;
- correct or delete it;
- object to or restrict its processing;
- withdraw your consent.
You can withdraw ad consent at any time in the App's Settings. For any other request, email kobasic@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App changes. The current version is always available at this address, and the date at the top shows when it was last updated.
