Andrija Rotter Kobasić, an independent developer based in Croatia operating as Kobasic, is the data controller for Emberline. Contact kobasic@gmail.com for any privacy question. We respond within 30 days.
2. Data stored on your device
Your game progress, scores and preferences are stored locally on your device and remain there until you clear the app data or uninstall the game.
3. Children
The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
4. Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restrict or object to processing, request portability, and withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP) or your local authority.

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
