These terms apply to Emberline for Android, published by Andrija Rotter Kobasić, operating as Kobasic, Croatia. By installing or playing the game, you agree to them.
1. Your licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to play the game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment.
2. Fair play
Please don't reverse engineer, modify, resell or redistribute the game, or use it to break the law.
3. Test versions
Test and beta versions may contain bugs, and progress may be reset between versions. Your feedback helps shape the game; by sending it you allow us to use it to improve the game.
4. Availability and liability
The game is provided "as is". We may update, change or retire it. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages; nothing here limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Croatia, unless mandatory consumer law in your country says otherwise.
