Firefly Jars: Glow Sort Puzzle Delete game data

Updated October 16, 2026 · com.kobasic.fireflyjars

Last updated: October 16, 2026. For Firefly Jars: Glow Sort Puzzle, Android package com.kobasic.fireflyjars, by Andrija Rotter Kobasić / Kobasic.

Newer versions support Google Play Games cloud progress and achievements. Your device also has a separate local copy. To reset completely, deal with both copies. These instructions do not require you to delete your entire Google account or other games.

1. Remove local copies first

Close Firefly Jars on every device where you use it. In Android settings, open Apps → Firefly Jars → Storage → Clear storage / Clear data. Menu names vary by device. This removes the app's local progress, unfinished puzzles, preferences, synchronisation records and local profile-recovery copies. Repeat on every device with the game.

Do not reopen an old copy before finishing the Google step below: it can synchronise that old progress again. If a device backup later restores app data, clear the restored game data before reconnecting. Merely signing out or pressing Back in a cloud-conflict dialog does not erase data.

2. Remove this game's Google Play Games data

Open your Google Play Games profile using the account used for this game's progress. Under Your Data → Delete Play Games Account & Data, find Delete individual game data, choose Firefly Jars and follow Google's deletion prompts. If you used more than one Play Games account, repeat for each account you want to clear. See Google's current instructions, including the Android Play Store route.

This concerns the game's Google Play Games records, including progress and achievements associated with that service. It does not clear local app storage for you. The game has no separate Kobasic sign-in account to close and no in-game button that remotely deletes your Google account. Reinstalling and playing while signed in can create new progress.

3. Other information and purchases

Deleting progress does not refund or remove your Remove ads purchase. Google Play manages purchase history and purchase ownership separately. Google Play reviews and Google Account activity also have their own controls. Play Games deletion does not automatically erase Web & App Activity.

For information you sent to Kobasic, such as a support email, request deletion at kobasic@gmail.com. Please identify the information or correspondence concerned. Do not send passwords, purchase tokens or card details. We reply within 30 days and will explain any information that must be retained for a legal reason. Google's processing and retention follow its own policies; this page does not promise instant removal from every Google backup or log.

If the process does not work, email us with your game version and a description of the problem. We can help with the game's behaviour and Google's available controls, but cannot delete your Google account on your behalf.
